Shipping & Delivery (Principal Photography to Distribution)

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4-8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you selected at checkout. Domestic routes move faster; international distribution takes a bit longer—4-15 days depending on customs clearance—but we've optimized the supply chain so your gear arrives as efficiently as possible.

You'll receive tracking information once your order ships—full visibility from our facility to your doorstep. No mysteries, just transparent chain-of-custody updates so you know exactly where your package is in the pipeline.
